p.s. I’m having serious issues with wordpress and uploading photos so blogging has been pretty scarce, it just took me over 30 mins to do this post so bear with me:)

Such a wonderful blog. Complimenti
I was thinking the other day, ‘panino’ is the plural of ‘panini’, so is ‘espressi’ the plural of espresso?
Oh well, that’s the summer over with…
oh that looks idyllic Lorraine! you really made use of the beautiful weather.. hope that wasn’t our summer!
looks like a great BBQ
Fixup, I study Italian. Panino is the singular of panini. I think you meant to write that. And yes espressi is the plural of espresso, but I don’t think Italians say espresso much? I think they use the word caffè which is automatically espresso, as opposed to coffee being brown water in this country…
Great pics Lor!! But don’t dis Irish weather!! I know it’s changeable but we do get a good deal of sunshine. I’m an optimist…Maybe down in Limerick it’s always raining? We are here six thousand years and we’re still complaining about the weather!!!
By the way, my facebook continues to feature pasta nonstop, nowhere near as beautiful as your photos bt I try my best. Check it out!!
Enda I never stop dissing the weather, I can’t stand the rain and the grey! It’s been good so far this summer so I’m a happy bunny:) When you click on my facebook link above can you add me as a friend?? as I don’t know how to add you.( I need your full name)
Thanks evreyone for your lovely comments, hopefully there will be many more bbq’s this summer…
Thank you Enda for the info, and for noticing my mistake… yes I meant vice versa!
I wish I was at your BBQ. Looked delicious
I think we are having much better weather than you here in the UK as we have been having lots of BBQ’s. None of them nearly as fabulous as yours of course. Although I did do some homemade burgers last week and some Levi Roots’ Reggae Reggae marninated chicken (Dragons Den anyone?)Defintely worth a try, very tasty.
