I’m not giving you an actual recipe today but a dinner idea instead. I got really nice lamb burgers from my butcher yesterday and made these fantastic lamb burgers with caramelized onions and rocket with home-made wedges on the side. I’m taking the lazy route and giving you recipe links similar to the way I make them for each, if you have a good butcher just buy your burgers there but if you really want to make them, this recipe looks good

 - lamb burgers

 - balsamic caramelized onions  (I do mine the same except I add a little butter and salt and pepper)

 - home-made wedges (I did mine plain with just olive oil, sea salt and black pepper)
