    Hiya,

I love your blog! Would you have a recipe for a really italian lasagne or bolognese? Everytime I cook it-always tastes very meaty and is dark in colour. I would love to make a really rich tomatoey one with a thick sauce. Any tips would be appreciated!!

Thanks so much….. looking forward to eating in your restaurant eventually this summer!

Im going to make your Chicken,Tomato and Pancetta dish over the next few days. The only thing is I cant but put drink into any dishs I cook(I live with a recovering alco) and I was wondering if you could suggest something else instead of the Red Wine in the dish?
    Kind Regards,
    Jo

    Hi Mick

I’d say you know a lot more than me being a trained chef:) I think the only way to understand Italian cuisine is to visit Italy as often as you can because we don’t really have authentic Italian food here….

Hi all. My girlfriend is a great fan of your restaurant. I would love to bring her down to Limerick for a visit to your restaurant and was just wondering if you sell gift vouchers?

We don’t normally but everything is possible:) Just be warned it’s not an actual restaurant, just a small little deli just in case there is a high expectation! Don’t want her to be dissappointed:) Let me know about the voucher or you could just ring me at the shop 061333980.
